• Western Region Delivery: AED 45

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Delivery Time

• Major UAE Cities: 1–2 business days
• Western Region & Remote Areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sale periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all Emirates in the UAE, including remote and western region locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details and tracking information (if available).

Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return policy
